How to read these results

The full before-and-after gallery is presented on the homepage results section, where you can swipe through eleven cases. Each pair shows the same patient in identical lighting, angle, and pose — before surgery and at full recovery (typically 9–12 months post-op, when residual swelling has fully resolved and the dorsal aesthetic lines are at their final definition).

Pay attention to four signals when assessing rhinoplasty results:

• Dorsal aesthetic lines — the smooth, paired highlights running from the medial brow down each side of the nose. In preservation rhinoplasty these remain continuous, smooth, and natural.
• Tip refinement without pinching — the tip should be defined but never narrow, sharp, or operated-looking. The lobule should retain a soft, rounded character.
• Profile harmony — the bridge should sit naturally with the forehead and lip, neither over-projected nor scooped.
• Naturalness — the result should look like a refined version of the patient's own face, not a generic "Instagram nose."

Why preservation results age well

One of the most important advantages of preservation rhinoplasty is that the result tends to look more natural, not just at six months but at five and ten years. Because the native dorsal anatomy is kept intact, the soft-tissue envelope drapes over a continuous structure rather than over a reconstructed framework. The aesthetic lines stay smooth as the years pass.
